During my career in the health and sport industry, in research academic career and in my personal life as an exercise physiologist I had to deal with many clients with various injuries. They would see their Doctor, physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor, homeopathic and some would get better, some would get better only temporarily and therefore get re-injured and some wouldn’t see any improvement.

Various treatments could achieve short-term symptom relief, but do not deal with the root cause.

  • Detailed exercise programme
  • Programme manual including instructions and an exercise, diet and sleep diary to record your progress
  • Videos of all exercises to perfect your technique and encourage recovery
  • Follow up assessments to continuously monitor your progress and amend the programme accordingly
  • Referrals to other health specialists
  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching to ensure your tissues are getting the best ‘raw materials’ to maximise recovery.
  • Massage, Neuromuscular Stretching Technique can also be added to re-align muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and help release nerve entrapments

All programmes are a minimum of six months in duration and all sessions must be used within the agreed time period.
